These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you",your") and qqmamibet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at qqmamibet.cam, including all related subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any services offered thereunder (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing theqqmamibet website, creating an account, making deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise interacting with any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. To register an account and access the qqmamibet Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for the duration of your account's existence:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. qqmamibet does not permit access to individuals under the age of 21under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the User cannot verify that they meet the minimum age requirement.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, and not acting as an agent, trustee, or nominee for another party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or otherwise unlawful under applicable national, state, or local law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with qqmamibet or any associated gambling platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact information.

Each User may hold onlyone (1) registered account on the qqmamibet platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. qqmamibet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonus winings.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted on the platform under your account credentials, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying qqmamibet's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or suspected security breach.
• Ensuring that your contact details (particularly email address) remain current and accurate so that important account notifications can reach you.

qqmamibet employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform interactions to safeguard your personal and financial information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data transmitted over the internet, and we accept no liability for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

By accessing and using the qqmamibet Service, you agree to abide by the following general terms of use:

1. You will use the Service solely for personal entertainment purposes and will not engage in any form of commercial exploitation of the platform or its content.
2. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit. qqmamibet does not guarantee any winnings or positive returns on any wager or game.

4. You will not use the Service in any way that could harm the platform's operation, integrity, or reputation or that interferes with other users' access to or enjoyment of the Service.
5. All games offered on qqmamibet are governed by certified random number generators. Game outcomes are random and independent of previous results. qqmamibet accepts no liability for alleged system errors resulting in unexpected game outcomes where the RNG system is functioning as certified.
6. qqmamibet reserves the right to void any wager or reverse any transaction where a technical fault, software error, or human error has resulted in an incorrect or distorted outcome, at our sole discretion.

qqmamibet processes all account transactions exclusively inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange).
• Deposits via DuitNow and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take between 5and 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Users who have not completed identity verification will be required to do so before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Processing times vary by loyalty tier: Gold VIP members receive same-day processing; Silver members within four hours on business days; Bronze members within one to two business days, subject to verification status.
• qqmamibet reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

qqmamibet offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Users, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the relevant offer:

• Each welcome bonus offer may only be claimed once per User, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fully met before any bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each promotional offer page.
• Bonus funds and real money funds may be held separately in your account. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before a withdrawal request can be processed where a bonus is active.
• qqmamibet reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, system abuse, or where continued operation of the promotion is no longer commercially viable.
• Bonuses credited as result of technical errors, system faults, or any other unintended platform behaviour may be reversed by qqmamibet at any time and without prior notification.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit. Unclaimed or expired bonus balances will be automatically removed from your account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qqmamibet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus structures through collusion, arbitrage betting, or the systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or using the Service for the purpose of converting illegally obtained funds.
• Account Sharing: Permitting any other person to use your account or using another person's account under any circumstances.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to influence the outcome of any game or betting event in an unauthorised manner.
• Automated Play: Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Service in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents the intended user experience.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate payment chargeback with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit that was successfully received and used to fund gaming activity.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the Service while under the age of 21.

All content on the qqmamibet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface designs, game mechanics, software, source code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of qqmamibet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or derivative use of any platform content without the prior written consent of qqmamibet.

Any unauthorised use of qqmamibet's intellectual property, including scraping of data, replication of the platform's design, or misuse of the brand name or logo, will be treated as infringement and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqmamibet shall not be liable to any User or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss.

qqmamibet's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the relevant claim.

qqmamibet does not warrant that:

• The Service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times;
• Any defects in the platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe;
• The platform is free from viruses or other harmful components;
• The results of using the Service will meet any particular user expectation or requirement.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

qqmamibet is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and to taking all reasonable measures to prevent problem gambling on its platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and we take seriously our responsibility to ensure that our Users are able to play within their personal means.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users from within the account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much they add to their account within a given period.

• Cool-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary restriction on their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

qqmamibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account, and to withold or void associated balances, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on theqqmamibet platform;
• Discovery that the User has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, account sharing, or collusion;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
• Court orders, regulatory requirements, or any other binding legal obligation requiring us to restrict access to the account;
• Discovery that the User is under the age of 21.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team at any time. Upon account closure, any verified real money balance (net of active bonuses) will be returned via the User's registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements.

qqmamibet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a User — we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a communication to the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the Service following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Service immediately and, if applicable, close your account. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, Users may seek further recourse through the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable licensing framework governingqqmamibet's operations.
